Eligibility for Returns : Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items : Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process : To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please include the RMA number with your return.
Refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
