Warranty Information
12 Months of Guarantee:
The first person to buy the EV Regiment (the “Covered Owner” or “you”) gets a one-year warranty. The guarantee starts when the product is installed. This guarantee means that the product is free of any material or production flaws when used in normal ways. Misuse, carelessness and changes made without permission are not covered. In order to make an warranty claim, you must show proof of purchase and installation within the proper time frame. Contact us if you have any questions about guarantees.
As proof that the product was installed, the Covered Owner must email service@evregiment.com within 30 days to show that the product was installed. The order number, serial number, model type, and installation date should all be written down. Installation must happen within six months of buying, and full verification must be done. If you don’t know when the product was installed, the warranty time starts on the date you bought it. Check all the facts.
What the warranty covers and doesn’t cover:
During the warranty time, EV Regiment will fix, replace, or refund the product’s materials or construction. Based on how much the product was used, the return value will go down by a fair amount. New or used parts can be used as replacements. This guarantee doesn’t cover normal use, bad treatment, or things that come from outside the product.
